Enslaved to Christ

One either accepts their gift of faith or they reject it.  Some who think they have it are able to deny it and claim that it was a misguided judgement on their part which allowed them to believe.  Once it is felt, true faith however, although it may be tested in many ways, cannot be denied.  It can be silenced, but never denied.  We will always be haunted by the echoes of this faith during the course of our life.  As saint Paul, and many other saints claim, one is enslaved by faith to Christ.  Whether we like it or not, we are enslaved to something in this world, so why not be a slave to the only Master who is worthy of our submission – where we know our reward will be great.
